24 Month Warranty for AirCare and AirCare Mini

Both the AirCare and AirCare Mini products are covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects you against defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

What Does the Warranty Cover?

The warranty includes:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Malfunctioning of the product under normal use.
  • Defects in materials or workmanship.

What is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or unauthorised repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading).
  • Consumables, such as filters, that require replacement as part of regular maintenance.
  • Damage caused by using incompatible accessories or unauthorised modifications.

Your Rights Under UK Consumer Law

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is faulty and wish to make a claim:

  2. Provide proof of purchase 
  3. Describe the issue and provide photographs if applicable to help us assess the problem.

Once we receive your claim, we will assess the issue and, if it falls within the warranty terms, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Repairs and Replacement

If the fault is covered by the warranty, we will:

  • Repair the product free of charge, or
  • Replace it with the same model if repair is not possible.

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer a refund.

Important Notes

  • Warranty claims are only valid for the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
  • The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Luno Hygiene or authorised retailers.
